Amazon Tools allows you to quickly and easily display Amazon product information on your WordPress blog. You can design templates that can be applied to posts automatically, displayed in posts or widgets using a shortcode, or displayed directly in your theme. You can use Amazon Tools to create and display ads in sidebar widgets, blog about Amazon products, or just ad links in your posts which include your associate tag.
Flexibility
Amazon Tools’ templating engine gives you total control over how Amazon content is displayed on your blog. You can create and edit templates directly in your WordPress admin area. Using shortcode templates you can quickly insert a template into a post, widget, or directly in your theme. Using post templates you can have templates automatically applied to your posts.
Performance
Amazon Tools caches the data it retrieves from Amazon Web Services in order to maintain the performance of your blog while still giving you access to as many AWS features as possible. You can choose between multiple cache updating methods to ensure that users never have to wait around for cached data to be updated, while still serving up-to-date information.

Is Amazon Tools Right for me?
Amazon Tools is designed be more flexible and do more than any other Amazon plugin out there. When it comes to displaying product information on your blog, I have yet to see a feature of any other plugin that cannot be accomplished with Amazon Tools (and if you can show me one there is a good chance it can be added). The trade off is that it can be a little more difficult to learn to use than other plugins. For instance, creating templates requires some basic design knowledge (html, css). However, Amazon Tools comes with several templates that work out of the box and can serve as a starting point or reference when designing your own templates. Once you get a handle on all of features offered in this plugin it should as quick and easy to use as any other plugin out there. The support forum is also at your disposal; feel free to ask for assistance.
